    It has been awhile since I've been to Kelly's but as my interest in naturopathy and herbal health care grows I thought Kelly's would be a great place to explore further due to their wonderful variety of products. My experience today with customer service was so unpleasant I would be reluctant to go back - not a hint of a smile, friendliness or helpfulness and I left without further attempts to obtain several other products I was interested in despite my polite and patient efforts to ask for assistance. Total negativity and I certainly left feeling worse than when I went in. Reading these other reviews actually made me feel better knowing it wasn't just me.
